Our doctoral student, Oliver Boolakee, recently won the best poster award in the SWICCOMMAS 2025 Poster Competition held at Bern University on March 21st.

We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Antoine Benady as a postdoctoral researcher. In our Computational Mechanics Group, Antoine will continue his research on the interface between AI and mechanics for the discovery of material constitutive models, using the EUCLID method.

We are thrilled to welcome two exceptional new doctoral students to our research group: Lukas Brock and Sepehr Mousavi.

We are thrilled to announce that Julie Weverbergh has joined our Computational Mechanics  Group. Julie completed her Master's degree at the École Polytechnique de Louvain, where she developed a strong foundation in advanced computational techniques.

Prof. De Lorenzis was elected IACM Fellow by the International Association for Computational Mechanics (IACM).
