Education

Due to our recent start, we are still developing and expanding our teaching offer. At the moment, we offer in the Autumn Semester the class of Computational Mechanics II – Nonlinear FEA, an advanced-level course which provides an overview of different sources and consequences of non-linearity and of how they can be handled effectively in computational mechanics with the finite element method. In the Spring Semester, we offer the class of Fracture Mechanics, focusing on topics of vital importance for mechanical engineers with basic and more advanced concepts and applications.

We offer numerous student projects such as Bachelor and Master theses as well as semester projects, and we support the Focus in Design, Mechanics & Materials for Bachelor students.
